PRIVACY POLICY
Effective 2026-09-10 · Sportikal LLC
This policy explains what sportikal.store collects and why. Purchases made through your eBay listings are covered by eBay's own privacy policy; this page covers this website and its on-site checkout.
What we collect
- Order & payment information. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Stripe collects your name, shipping address, phone and payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. We do receive your order contents, shipping address and email so we can fulfill the order and answer questions about it.
- Email, if you write to us. The Contact page opens your own email app addressed to sportikalllc@gmail.com — the message goes directly to that inbox.
- The gear-drop signup box. Validates your email in your browser. It is not yet connected to a mailing list provider — nothing is transmitted to a third party. We'll update this page and name the provider before that changes.
Cookies & local storage
This site stores a few things in your browser's local storage: the contents of your cart, your wishlist and a short list of recently viewed products. All of it stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Third-party processors
Checkout: Stripe (stripe.com/privacy). Marketplace history and select buy links: eBay (ebay.com/help/policies/member-behaviour-policies/user-privacy-notice-privacy-policy). We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their policies.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete any email correspondence, by writing to sportikalllc@gmail.com. For data held by Stripe, contact Stripe directly.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and its effective date above.
